The central office of Atlas Development is a public business environment designed for several audiences at once: buyers, realtors, partners, contractors and employees of the company. The interior solves not only a representative task, but also an important functional task: it organizes the daily interaction of different streams of people, helps guests quickly navigate the space and at the same time demonstrates the open, transparent culture of the company.

The main idea of the project is a minimalistic business interior timeless. It is built on a clear architecture, a restrained palette, precise detailing and an expressive central object — a spiral staircase running vertically through the entire building: from the minus first floor level to the director's fourth floor. The staircase becomes the main focus of the office, its spatial core and a symbol of the company's movement: development, continuity, internal energy and constant dialogue between teams, partners and customers.

The decoration of the staircase combines copper and white colors, the rigor of vertical lines and the smoothness of turns. This contrast forms the image of the entire interior: it is both businesslike and plastic, rational and emotional, minimalistic and memorable. The staircase not only connects the floors, but also gathers office life around itself, turning ordinary movement around the building into part of an architectural scenario.
