Penthouses in the park hotel "Yelovoe".
The park hotel is located on the shore of Lake Spruce in a pine forest near Chebarkul. Previously, there was a Soviet health resort here, later the territory was rethought and became a modern resort complex with a phased reconstruction.
By the beginning of the project, the central building and the visual concept of the hotel already existed. It was important to take into account the architectural heritage with references to the Stalinist Empire style and the current style — a modern chalet. The challenge was to integrate accurately while maintaining the independent character of the interiors.
The fifth building was in a mothballed state and was completely reconstructed: the floors were dismantled, new structures were erected and the fourth floor with penthouses was added.
The lower floors are occupied by standard rooms and suites, while the upper level is designed as a separate scenario — three VIP residences with an individual mood. Each penthouse has two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and two bathrooms.
The interiors vary in character: a dark restrained range, light natural and more expressive with an emphasis on deep blue. The two penthouses have terraces with Jacuzzis, showers and bar areas with views of the forest and lake.
The decoration uses wood, textured surfaces and warm natural materials. The fourth floor is completely private and accessible only to the guests of the residences.
The project strengthened the premium segment of the hotel and organically complemented the architecture of the complex, combining the historical context and modern comfort.
