Multifunctional development of the territory in the "Attraction residential complex" Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan | UP-Group Architectural Bureau

In this project, we have rethought the traditional concept of the courtyard as an area exclusively for children's games. We tried to take into account the needs of all age groups and create a multifunctional environment where everyone would find a zone of interest. The elongated shape of the site dictated the decision to create a promenade, the main artery connecting all functional nodes through a well–thought-out communication system.

This project demonstrates our principled approach: a courtyard is not a set of disparate sites, but a carefully designed environment suitable for various use cases. We have created a space that will naturally transform over the years, gaining new meanings, but at the same time maintaining the original harmony of form and content.
