A 6.69 ha landscape park is located in the heart of the new residential area. This is not just a lawn between houses, but a full-fledged space for living and relaxing.
The main thing in it is the lake. It creates a center around which the whole life of the park is built. Walking alleys wind along the shore for quiet walks and morning runs.
The amphitheater is a meeting place. There will be yard celebrations, concerts and open-air film screenings. You can also just sit on the steps, looking at the water.

It is also located inside the Expanses of Crimea residential area, a large—scale integrated development project covering an area of 186 hectares. This is actually a new city, designed for 34,000 inhabitants. The project includes 89 residential buildings.
