The MARK business class residential complex is a new stage in the development of the ZIL ART urban quarter from LSR Group, implemented with the participation of the general designer Olimproekt. The project is located on the first line of the Moskva River in the Danilovsky district and forms a modern residential environment combining expressive architecture, high-quality landscaping and integrated engineering solutions.

 The architectural concept of the complex is inspired by the aesthetics of the works of Piet Mondrian and is based on a combination of strict geometry, rhythm of facades and expressive color accents. The complex is the architectural dominant of the new ZIL ART urban development and forms a recognizable silhouette of the area. The project uses modern stained glass systems, panoramic glazing and sophisticated facade solutions that provide a high level of natural lighting and visual lightness of the building.
