ONE | JSC "GORPROEKT"

One is an innovative skyscraper in Moscow City. The composition of the complex is an oval double-towered structure connected by a glass bridge. The image of the building is inspired by the Mobius strip, a symbol of infinity, continuous movement and the interconnectedness of space.

 One is a vertical city where housing, commercial and public spaces are combined. The heart of the complex will be the Sky Garden, a park on the 85th floor, the tallest in Europe. A full-fledged infrastructure has been created for residents, intelligent engineering systems provide a high level of comfort and safety.

 The construction is scheduled to be completed in 2030. The architectural concept of the project was developed by Sergey Kuznetsov and Genpro. The developer of the project is MR Group.
