The BELL is not just a 225—meter-high building, but a true architectural manifesto embodying the boldness of engineering. According to UNK's idea, the image of the complex symbolizes the winners' cup, which expands upward, and serves as a reference to the history of the place where the Slava watch factory was located. The facade of the building consists of flat and curved parts. The first of them will be made of structural glazing, using large-format double-glazed windows three meters wide and four meters high. And the facade of the curved part of the building, which has no analogues in Russia in shape and size, is made by cold bending glass. The shape of the building will be accentuated by stainless steel lamellas, which, in contrast to the smooth surface, will create the effect of "cut" faces. The tower has the urban status of a unique building, which is obtained not only due to its height. In addition to its height, the skyscraper is characterized by the presence of structures for the development of which non-standard calculation methods were used: computational and experimental studies of wind impacts, mathematical modeling to assess the effect of the thrust effect, scientific and technical support for the design of load-bearing monolithic structures. UNK engineers have also implemented a constructive solution — a curved facade with vertical slats, which involves cold bending of glass in the facade system. This made it possible to realize the unique concept of UNK completely in the form in which it was conceived: to give the building a streamlined shape with smooth lines, to preserve the strength, transparency and optical purity of glass and to ensure the highest class of energy efficiency and safety.

The scale inside and around the building is also unique. The height of the stylobate and the depth of the parking facility together are 30 m. — like a whole 10-fl. house. A powerful foundation that holds the entire skyscraper. The lobby is 9 m high. It looks like the 3rd floor. a house inside a building. A spacious space where the scale of the project is felt. Double—glazed windows 12 meters high separate the lobby from the street - like the 4th floor. the house is made of glass.
