Renovation of the territory and buildings of DSK 1 for the installation of one of the largest data processing centers in Moscow is one of the first examples of the integration of a large-scale information technology facility in the city. The architectural solutions of the data center complex are based on a synthesis of modern architecture and patterns typical of information technology.

The design of the architectural solution is based on the predominant use of hexagon-based ornaments as an element of data visualization in various programming languages. This technique made it possible not only to cover the extended facades of the DSK1 workshops with a homogeneous facade shell, but also to highlight the buildings in which computing equipment and servers are located.

Modern facade materials and color solutions used in the project emphasize the purpose and function of the facility, an innovative production facility located in the current urban environment. Information technology is identified with progress in human development. They invariably affect our lives and our perception of the environment. They dictate to the world a modern understanding of the form and space in which we live and work. The DSK1 territory reconstruction project is one of the few examples in Moscow of an artistic interpretation of the modern information language through architecture and design.
