The multifunctional business center with a total area of over 75 thousand square meters is located at 2/11 Shenogina St. and is part of the Sydney City residential complex. Premium-class office space occupies 48.3 thousand square meters in a 24-storey building with a well-thought-out layout. The complex has a well-developed infrastructure, underground parking for 313 cars (including 24 spaces for electric vehicles), 12 spaces for motorcycles and 107 storage rooms.

The project, created by the architectural firm Kleinewelt Architekten, rethinks the concept of corporate aesthetics. Glass stained glass facades, resembling a complex cut of an apophyllite crystal, catch the light and change the appearance of the building depending on the time of day. The dynamic silhouette is achieved by deconstructing the volume: varying the shape of the blocks, deep cuts and multi-level terraces break the monotony of high-rise floors, turning the building into a living urban sculpture.
