Stavni Obvodny residential complex | ViDiSi LLC

The embankment of the Obvodny Canal, railway stations, industrial architecture, the spirit of St. Petersburg history. It was here that we created the project of a residential complex on the Obvodny Canal.

It was important for us not just to build a new one, but to delicately fit into what already exists. Simple lines, clear geometry, warm red brick and metallic accents create the impression of a natural continuation of the existing building.

Organ ventilation in each apartment: a separate exhaust duct and the possibility of installing a full-fledged supply and exhaust system. Each apartment is independent of its neighbors.

What turned out to be interesting:

• terraces on the upper floors and apartments with the possibility of installing fireplaces;
• modern polyclinic: children's and adult departments in a building with a pitched metal roof, emphasizing the industrial character of the area;
• The courtyard is a hill without cars, a green oasis: a play space for children during the day, a quiet place to relax in the evening.

For us, this project is a place where history meets the future: modern comfort and respect for the past, the rhythm of the city and the silence of the courtyard.
