The premium residential complex with an area of more than 83 thousand square meters is represented by two towers with a height of 34 and 49 floors. One of the main design features of the project is a sky bridge that connects both buildings at a height of about 80 m. This solution is being implemented in Russia for the first time. It acts as a visual dominant and at the same time performs a functional role: it unites public spaces and creates additional scenarios for the interaction of residents. The project forms a new standard of urban architecture. It combines expressive plastic volumes, the contrast of horizontals and verticals, and thoughtful functionality. The project uses modular glazing — premium aluminum facade systems from the German manufacturer SCHUCO. The project is focused on creating a balanced environment: a fusion of privacy and openness, the dynamics of the city and a sense of protected space. The architectural concept is based on the play of volumes and silhouettes. This creates a recognizable appearance of the complex and a variety of visual scenarios that are perceived differently from different viewing points. The plastic of the buildings is complemented by accent elements: expressive cantilever extensions, detailed study of entrance groups and public areas. Architectural lighting highlights the image of skyscrapers with a "floating" bridge at night. The composition of the buildings ensures optimal sunlight, views and privacy of the apartments. The interior spaces are arranged in a clear hierarchy, from public to private rooms. Natural and tactile materials are used in the decoration of public areas. They create a sense of comfort and status already at the entrance level. Landscaping is organized as a multi-level environment with clear zoning into recreation, sports, playgrounds and public spaces. This provides a variety of use cases. The landscape is integrated into the architectural concept, emphasizes its geometry, forms a harmonious and holistic perception of the residential complex.
