The residential complex is a 5-section multifunctional residential complex with variable storeys from 12 to 29 floors with commercial premises, a preschool educational institution, a fitness center and a three-level underground parking.

The architectural composition of the complex is inspired by the natural and industrial heritage of the Perm Region: rock massifs, the outlines of Mount Kolpaki and industrial aesthetics. Towers of different heights with rhythmic plasticity of facades form an expressive silhouette reminiscent of the Ural mountains. The architectural language combines the monolithic expressiveness of a concrete frame, suspended walkways above a pedestrian boulevard, aluminum composite panels and clinker bricks, referring to the factory architecture of the region.
