Gustav Technopark of Creative Industries | IND

The Gustav Technopark of Creative Industries is an IND architectural concept developed for the PIK company. The project is located in Moscow, on Skladochnaya Street, on the territory of the former Gustav List machine-building plant. The area is 32.6 thousand m2.

 The building is six storeys high and consists of two functional parts: an office and a production and exhibition area. The planning and technical parameters are designed for different work formats, from studios and workshops to IT and e-commerce. To comfortably accommodate the workshops, we designed the floor height to be 7.2 m, with floor loadings up to 1200 kg/m2 and column pitch of 8.4×8.4 m.

 Inside there is an atrium connected to the central square. The space is used for both daily work and events. The territory has designated areas for entrances, unloading, parking, terraces and landscaping.

 The architecture is based on the industrial context of the site. The facades use a regular grid and elements that combine constructive and visual functions, such as a tube staircase, a spiral staircase, and a light installation.

 The project is being implemented next to the Savyolovsky railway station and the existing residential development. Within walking distance of the metro and the MCD line.

The technopark is focused on the placement of creative industries and the formation of a working environment with the possibility of interaction between residents. It is planned to create about 4,500 jobs within the framework of the project.
