BC Light City | Architectural workshop of MOMS

A memorable, modern facility that will integrate into the skyline of Moscow and become part of a dynamically developing area. Expressive, slightly cosmic architecture, obtained not due to a complex shape, but due to a simple geometric solution — a confident, expressive and large-scale high-rise environment. Expensive facade solutions (glazing that gives a panoramic view of the city) and illumination work not only on the exterior image, but also on the quality of the interior spaces. Due to the shape of the tower, office lots are available in different sizes, greatly increasing sales flexibility. Special attention is paid to the environment of the ground floor and the stylobate. Here, the "lower city" level is being formed with integrated cafes and restaurants, where the street is felt both inside and outside. The project also includes a unique architectural lighting solution that highlights the expressiveness of the facades.
