The Zvenigorodskaya Business Center of the Granel Group of companies was designed by the ABD architects team. It is located on a site adjacent to the business cluster area near MoskvaCity, and in the future — in close proximity to the currently planned Zvenigorodskaya metro station. This position allows the building not to be an isolated office island, but to integrate seamlessly into the actual fabric of the business and transport infrastructure of the business center of the capital.

Transport accessibility of the project is one of the key factors of its integration: proximity to highways and the subway makes the complex attractive to tenants and at the same time reduces the burden on the neighborhood. The inclusion of commercial and service functions at the stylobate level enhances the building's connection to urban life. As a result, the Zvenigorodskaya business center will operate not as an autonomous office block, but as a component of the city — open and involved in street life and infrastructure. The challenge for the architects was the cramped design area, where, in addition to the business center itself, parking for 381 parking spaces had to be located.

The high-rise building of the business center is designed as a composition of a glass high-rise office volume, with a blind volume of above-ground parking floors strung on it at 2-4 floors. The complex completes urban planning and fixes the intersection of Shelepikhinsky highway and 1st Silicate Passage and becomes an urban landmark, a symbol of the new district on the map of the capital.

According to the architects' idea, the volume of the 200-meter tower, as a composition of vertical plates with thin white trapezoidal faces, is divided at the top into two multidirectional volumes with soft bends on the roof. These elements not only set the architectural rhythm, but also perform important roles — they visually hide the horizons of the technical floors, dissolving them in a single vertical movement of the facade and hiding the architectural illumination.
