The municipal children's educational organization with a capacity of 150 places, located at 77/4 Repina St., Yekaterinburg, is located on the first three floors of an apartment building, and also occupies three floors in the attached part of the building.

The walking area is separated from the courtyard space, and the building is zoned by age and activity. Each of the six group cells has a locker room with a clothes dryer, a bright playroom, a separate bedroom with fixed beds, a pantry with a dishwasher, and a toilet room.

The outdoor playground is isolated from noisy spaces. It is located on the second floor level, fenced off and divided into zones for different activities.

The interior spaces are attractive to children: the walls are painted in bright colors, complemented by images of animals and famous characters.

The project includes: horizontal heating wiring with thermostats, air supply through Airbox valves, air disinfection with recirculators in each group and medical unit, water purification system, backup water heaters in case of hot water shutdown, contactless elbow mixers in the medical unit, sprinkler fire extinguishing system and automatic smoke extraction, as well as telemetry for remote engineering monitoring.

The municipal kindergarten is part of the educational complex and is connected to the school located on the territory of Repin Towers.
