The Mixer Art Residence is a building built in 1985, renovated into a modern creative cluster for residents of Noyabrsk. The project combines educational, cultural and leisure functions on an area of 2.5 thousand square meters and includes more than 30 functional areas: lecture halls, photo and video studios, sewing workshops, dance classes, concert spaces, a creative hub and public areas. The concept is based on the idea of "neural connections". Spaces flow smoothly into each other, changing geometry and height, which creates a dynamic interconnected environment. The first floor is designed for mass events and accommodates up to 1,000 people. There are concert halls, creative spaces, cafes and public areas. The second floor is more peaceful: workshops, studios, meeting rooms and dance classes. The center of the composition was a creative hub with transformable furniture and an amphitheater. The space can easily adapt to different scenarios, from lectures to performances. An important role here is also played by an installation based on the "Creation of Adam", which symbolizes the idea of creation. Navigation is done through color and geometry, which makes the space intuitive. The interiors are dominated by natural materials: concrete, wood, terracotta. They create a calm backdrop for vibrant accents and art. The facade of the building is decorated with a monumental painting with the image of a creative girl, a symbol of the project and its main idea: creativity without borders.
