The Tikhomirov residential complex is a project based on the idea of a universal environment for everyday life. The image of the complex is based on a combination of architectural universals and a digital language. A laconic arch was chosen as a key element — a reference to the engineering legacy of Nikolai Tikhomirov, a railway engineer, one of the founders of Novosibirsk and the creator of the bridge over the Ob River. The facades are made as a solid monolithic volume with an expressive silhouette. The pixelated pattern in the form of the letter "T" forms the rhythm of the facades and gives them a modern character without excessive details. The landscaping uses the natural relief of the site, with the help of which the territory is divided into several recreation scenarios. The levels are connected by a cascade and remain visually connected, but they do not interfere with each other. There are active areas, quiet terraces and playgrounds for family recreation. The children's area is designed so that parents can watch the children while sitting on the terrace. The project also includes art elements on the retaining walls, which can be updated to maintain visual relevance. The interiors continue the idea of a calm and comfortable environment. The lobby creates a sense of personal living space: here you can relax or make an appointment. Neutral materials and natural shades are used in the decoration of public areas, which create a solid and unobtrusive background for life.
