Residential complex House of the big city of Mont Blanc | Urban Project Group Architectural Bureau/ Ap-Group LLC

The architecture of Mont Blanc became our experiment in combining classical rigor and deconstructivist freedom. One volume of the building is a modern interpretation of classical architecture, with large panoramic windows and French balconies, emphasizing the elegance and simplicity of the lines. Another section includes deconstructivist elements: asymmetry and broken shapes made of composite panels imitating the surface of brushed aluminum. These panels change hues depending on the angle of light, creating a vibrant, multifaceted surface. Two three-dimensional forms of different storeys are combined in a block with contrasting colors, creating a dynamic silhouette.

Decorative inserts made of composite material imitating copper sheets add additional expressiveness to the facade. This accent element, facing an important transport hub - the intersection of two busy streets, forms a bright, unique image that harmoniously fits into the overall development of the area.
