Residential complex "Strizhi City" in Irkutsk, the second stage | GORDEEV-DEMIDOV Architectural Bureau

The two towers of the Strizhi City residential complex are a continuation of a major development project in the Kuibyshev district in Irkutsk. The first object was the heart towers, built by the Vostok Center Irkutsk development company according to the bureau's design in 2019.

The complex, implemented by the developer "DESS-Invest", is located on a complex-shaped plot with active relief. The location of the houses is determined by the norms of insolation, the seismicity of the region and the desire to create new public spaces for citizens.

The architectural design of the facades of the complex traces the interpretation of local identity — large open summer balconies forming expressive plasticity of the upper floors and open columns at the level of the first levels.

The towers touch one of the corners and tend to rise by 19 floors — this allows you to avoid the window-to-window location and form a recognizable silhouette of the complex in the urban skyline. The towers are crowned by gardens, a tribute to the heritage of the place where garden plots were historically located.
