The project "Water supply networks (loops) in settlements of the Surgut district" is an innovative technology for the design and construction of engineering networks implemented in extreme climatic conditions of the North (temperatures up to -55 °C, freezing depth up to 2.72 m, snow cover up to 200 days). The essence of the solution is to create looped, redundant water supply systems, which eliminates dead ends and ensures 100% redundancy, continuous water supply and the possibility of redistributing flows in case of accidents.
The introduction of the technology has reduced accidents by 30-40%, shortened construction time by 20-30%, reduced capital costs by up to 20% and operating costs by up to 30%. The project was implemented at two sites: in the village of Lyamina and the village of Sitomino, taking into account complex geological and climatic parameters. The solution is universal and can be replicated in other regions, forming a new standard for reliability and cost-effectiveness of engineering infrastructure.
