The project "Digitalization of transport access in the EKAD-Yuzhny Industrial Park" was implemented to solve the problems of traffic flow management, guest passes and control of transport scenarios on the territory of the existing industrial facility.
Prior to the implementation of the solution, residents issued guest passes through calls to the security post, car numbers were entered manually, and transit through the park was a separate problem. To solve these problems, the ODISpro system was implemented, combining automatic vehicle identification, mobile service for residents, event photo recording, movement analytics, and integration with the business processes of the management company.
After implementation, two of the three checkpoints operate automatically. Residents independently issue guest passes through the application, and the system records the organization and the user who issued the pass, the route of the car through the checkpoint, the time spent on the territory, and photos of entry and exit.
Algorithmic transit control has become one of the key features of the project. The solution allows you to maintain easement access for summer residents and at the same time identify scenarios for using the territory of the industrial park as a transit route.
The project demonstrates the transition from the traditional ACS of motor transport to a digital control system for transport access and transport behavior on site. The resulting model can be used in industrial parks, logistics complexes, industrial territories, technology parks and other infrastructure facilities with heavy traffic.
