3ds.city — A single 3D stereo model of the territory in the justification of CDT projects | Neurogeotech

3ds.city is a domestic spatial analysis system for collecting, storing and analyzing spatial data about a territory. Its core is a single 3D stereo model based on aerial photography from a drone: a seamless photorealistic three—dimensional model in which all thematic layers are combined in a single coordinate system, and measurements and decryption are carried out in stereo space. The complex includes the software "INNOT", the information system "Georesurs", the stereo monitor SM-1 and licensed training. The solution provides the city, the designer and the investor with a single source of up-to-date, reliable, complete and consistent data to substantiate urban planning decisions, primarily projects for the integrated development of the territory. Using the implemented example, a Single 3D stereo Model of Tyumen, engineering networks and real estate objects, including those existing on the ground but not in the cadastre, are combined on the same basis, with automatic reconciliation of conflicts between them. The result of the work is the register of real estate objects and the "reality map", which serve as the evidence base of the CT solution. The complex is fully Russian, compatible with government systems (NSPD, ISOGD) and replicated in any city.
