Atlas Luxo Residential complex | InPAD (Institute of Architecture and Design Engineering)

The projected building consists of one capital construction facility – a multifunctional building of variable storeys, which consists of 3 volumes (above 75 m):

- Section 1 at the intersection of Repin St. and Kraul St. (30th floor, from the 2nd),
- Section 2 at the intersection of Repin St. and Melnikov St. (30th floor, from the 2nd),
- Section 3 at the intersection of Melnikov St. and Kraul St. (24 floors, from the 4th),

united by a 1 -storey part of the stylobate with a closed surface parking, communal, built-in and attached public and technical premises. Section 3 provides for the placement of pre-school educational institutions with 75 places. Under the stylobate there are 2 underground parking levels for 275 m/places with technical rooms and storage units.

The sections have a complex shape with rounded corners and height trimming of the floors, which provides unique layouts. The construction is carried out in one stage.

A special feature of the facility in terms of networks are terraces located on different storeys with drainage and technical balconies on each floor for external air conditioning units. The preschool has implemented a full range of engineering systems. The apartments are equipped with mechanical exhaust ventilation and air conditioning systems. A CFD calculation was performed on the operation of outdoor air conditioning units. The equipment on the roof is designed to preserve the architectural appearance of the object. A high energy efficiency class with automated energy accounting is provided.

Based on the model, sets of drawings and diagrams were prepared that meet the requirements of the regulatory documentation and standards of the design organization. Automated scenarios were used in the framework of BIM modeling: collision checking, automation of the release of 2D documentation, uploading data to 1C and calendar planning systems, etc. The modeling features should be noted for working with the complex curved geometry of the facade. Automation of project processes was performed using the developed inpad.store plug-ins.
