Ice arena "Uralsky Trubnik" Pervouralsk | STP (Stroytekproekt LLC)
The object of the Information Model development is the Uralsky Trubnik Ice Arena. The construction site is located on the territory of the Trubnik stadium in Pervouralsk, Sverdlovsk region. The project proposes the construction of an outdoor ice arena with artificial ice and stands for 5,000 seats.
The sports core of the stadium includes 3 stands: A, B, and C.
The ice arena building is functionally divided into three parts:
- Grandstand A, designed for 1,333 spectators;
- grandstand B, designed for 2,285 spectators;
- Grandstand B is designed for 1,382 spectators.
The project provides for the placement of 2 entrance and 2 pedestrian inspection checkpoints and an entrance square on the territory of the stadium.
The development of an information model of a capital construction facility is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the regional TIM Standard No. 121-P, approved for the territory of the Sverdlovsk region.
The Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Civil 3D platforms are used as information modeling software tools to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the study of digital counterparts in the design and working documentation.
The processes of filling the information model with elements, parametric characteristics, verification and control of the correctness of models are regulated by the internal regulatory documents of Stroytekproekt LLC and the provisions of the TIM Standard.
The following sections are being developed under the agreement: master plan, spatial planning and architectural solutions; Structural solutions; metal structures; water supply and sanitation systems; water treatment and refrigeration systems for the ice field; ventilation, heating and air conditioning; technological solutions. Development of sections: power supply systems and power supply systems are performed in CIM according to the internal requirements of the company. reformulate it into a business style.
